You can use your available balance to recharge any AOC user's account. The amount will be deducted from your balance immediately after successful OTP verification.

Step-by-Step Recharge Process

Check Your Balance
Ensure you have sufficient available balance
- View your available balance on the dashboard
- Balance includes commission earnings + deposits - withdrawals - previous recharges
- Minimum balance required based on plan price
- Add money via deposit if balance is insufficient

Search for User
Find the AOC user you want to recharge
- Click on "Recharge For Others" button
- Enter the user's email address
- System will search and display user details
- Verify it's the correct user before proceeding

Select Plan
Choose the subscription plan for the user
- View all available AOC plans
- Check plan features and duration
- See the plan price (including GST)
- Select the appropriate plan for the user

Confirm & Send OTP
Review details and initiate OTP verification
- Review user details and selected plan
- Confirm the amount to be deducted
- Click "Send OTP" button
- OTP will be sent to the user's registered email

Enter OTP
Get OTP from user and verify
- Ask the user to check their email for OTP
- Enter the 6-digit OTP code
- OTP is valid for 10 minutes
- Can resend OTP up to 3 times if needed

Recharge Complete
User's account is recharged successfully
- Amount deducted from your balance
- User's subscription activated immediately
- Transaction recorded in your history
- Invoice generated for download
