3.1 GST Deduction

All commission calculations are subject to applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) deductions as required by Indian law. Currently, a GST rate of 18% is applicable on all sales.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the partner program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our promotional materials and remove all links to our website.

5. Program Modification or Discontinuation

AOC Calculator reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the partner program at any time without prior notice. This may include changes to commission structures, payment methods, eligibility requirements, or complete discontinuation of the program. In the event of program termination, any outstanding qualified commissions earned will be paid according to the regular payment schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of your participation in the partner program. Our liability is limited to the amount of commissions earned by you in accordance with these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bihar state, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bihar state, and will be resolved in accordance with the applicable Indian laws.
